AI training for EB-5 projects — delivered in English and Spanish. We are not a regional center, a law firm or an immigration adviser. We do not touch investor funds.
Workforce AI training · EB-5 projects · United States

A project promises ten permanent jobs. Someone has to be ready to do them.

Kodex AI Learning trains the people an EB-5 project will hire — in English and Spanish — on the AI tools the work already runs on: markets, real estate, social media, operations. Fixed price per cohort, records handed to the project, and no promises about anybody's immigration case.

The gap

AI is reaching these projects faster than the training is.

Every developer in the United States is being sold AI right now. Very little of it reaches the person who has to use it on Monday morning — and in a project that has to answer for its own workforce, that is a documented weakness, not a feeling.

Training that ends in a slide deck

A deck and a licence is what most “AI programmes” deliver. Nobody sits with the crew that will actually run the tool, so it goes unused and the project pays for shelfware.

One language

When the crew works in Spanish and the training is only in English, half the room nods and half the room guesses. We run the same session in both languages, with material in both.

Nothing on file

A project that has to document its workforce usually gets no attendance list, no competency record and no material it can keep. We hand over all three, with dates and hours.

“No training course decides an immigration case. What a course can do is make the people who get hired good at the job.”

Our position, in one line.
Example tracks

Four example tracks, and the roles inside a project each one fits.

Each track is built from a product we shipped, not from a course somebody else wrote. These four are examples, not a closed catalogue: a project usually needs two, the roles decide which, and we run that audit before we quote.

TRACK 01

AI for Markets & Trading Literacy

Fits: investor-relations staff, project finance, anyone who explains figures to non-specialists.
  • Read an AI answer about a market and check it before repeating it to anyone.
  • Use an AI terminal to explain a term — moving average, leverage, stop loss — in plain language.
  • Recognise the vocabulary of a trading scam, which is aimed at exactly the audience a project talks to.
Built from EQUJ5
TRACK 02

AI for Real Estate Sales & Leasing

Fits: sales agents, leasing staff, broker back office.
  • Turn the project's own unit data and specs into listing copy and client summaries, in two languages.
  • Qualify and follow up leads with AI without losing the human call.
  • Produce the weekly report a developer asks for without rebuilding a spreadsheet every Friday.
Built from OfficeRE
TRACK 03

AI for Social Media & Content

Fits: marketing, community managers, anyone who publishes for the project.
  • Run one workflow that produces the English and the Spanish version of the same post.
  • Keep a calendar the project can maintain without an agency retainer.
  • Write the rules of what never gets published: unverified numbers, investor promises, other people's logos.
Built from our own channels
TRACK 04

AI for Operations & Back Office

Fits: admin, HR, accounting support, procurement, the site office.
  • Automate the recurring report instead of rebuilding it every month.
  • Write a process document an AI can follow — and know which steps only a person may take.
  • Mark the places AI output must be checked: payroll, contracts, invoices, compliance.
Built from RutaCero

Six tracks so far — and the list stays open

Two more we have already built and can teach on request: AI for legal and document review (due diligence over contracts) and AI for transport and logistics operations.

A seventh track is a design exercise, not a new company. We build the material on the roles the project is hiring and on its own data — the role audit comes before the quote, whether the track already exists or not.

The four above are where we start, not where we stop. If the audit says a track does not fit the roles a project is hiring, we say so and propose another — or walk away from the quote. Tracks are combined freely; a mixed cohort is normal.

Evidence

We teach from products we built. There is no slide deck behind this page.

Kodex builds AI products in Lima, Peru. Every track above exists because we first had to make the tool work for somebody's actual job.

EQUJ5 — an AI that explains markets in plain language

An AI terminal plus a teaching agent, with a fully simulated portfolio. We ran an eight-week cohort of adult learners with real market data and zero real money at risk. It taught us to test understanding, not enthusiasm — which is the assessment method we now use everywhere.

OfficeRE — AI software for residential developers

Pricing, lead qualification and weekly reporting for property developers, licensed per project. The real-estate track is that work, taught — the same tasks and the same data, without a client's data ever leaving their hands.

RutaCero — an AI layer for transport workers

Benefits, eligibility and paperwork, explained in plain language with the operator deciding. Rules-based work with a human signature is the model for our operations track.

Lexia — document AI for legal due diligence

Built with a Lima law firm: reading contracts and finding the clause that matters. Reading a document with AI is a taught skill, not a promise.

Where we come from, honestly

Kodex AI Learning is a Lima-based team. We have built AI products and taught with them in Peru, in Spanish and in English. We have not yet delivered a cohort inside the United States, and that is why the first U.S. project is quoted as a pilot: same method, same material, same records, at a pilot price. If you need a provider with a decade of U.S. workforce contracts, we are not that — yet, and we would rather tell you on the page than on a call.

What you can check before deciding: ask us for the material pack and the assessment we use. We send both before any call, and they are in English and Spanish.

Inside an EB-5 project

Where a training programme sits inside the project — and where it does not.

We are precise about this, because this field is full of people who are not.

What training can support

  • The job-creation plan: the people who will hold the direct roles arrive trained, and the project holds the records.
  • The workforce section of the business plan and any conversation with a county or state workforce board: documented names, hours and competency.
  • Community benefit where the project stands: an intake open to residents of the district, run with a local partner, so hires come from the neighbourhood.
  • Investor reporting: a dated, photographable, certificated activity with a file behind it.
  • The project's own staff — leasing, sales, back office — who stop paying for tools nobody uses.

What training does not do

  • It does not create the ten permanent jobs. Those come from the project's own operations, and we will never write otherwise.
  • It is not immigration or legal advice, and it has no effect on any petition.
  • It does not touch investor capital. We invoice the project or the regional center, at a fixed price, after the work is delivered.
  • We pay and receive no commission, referral fee or finder's fee for introducing investors — whoever introduces whom.
  • We do not use a project's name, logo or photographs in public without written permission.

USCIS does not endorse training providers, courses or services, and approval of a regional center is not an endorsement of that centre or of its projects. If a page claims government approval of a course, ask for the document.

The programme

One cohort, six weeks, and a file the project keeps.

Same structure for every track. What changes is the material, the exercises and the assessment, which are built on the project's own data — never on a generic case study.

Cohort
10 peopleFixed at ten, not a range. One team, or a mix of roles across the project.
Length

Assessment
A real task, not a quiz about AIA short check each session, and a final task done on the project's own material.
Deliverables
Certificate · file · materialCertificate per participant, attendance and competency file, the full script and material pack, one page of reporting for your records.
Price

Inside the six weeks

  • W1
What AI is, in plain languageWhat it does well, what it invents, and where a person must sign.
  • W2
The tool inside your own jobSet up on real accounts, with the project's own documents and data.
  • W3
Producing work you can actually useFrom a blank page to a finished document, in English and in Spanish.
  • W4
Where the AI already livesCRM, listings, social channels, spreadsheets and folders — the daily surfaces of the role.
  • W5
Judgement and riskVerification, privacy, what never leaves the company, and what the rules require.
  • W6
Practical assessment and handoverEach participant delivers a real task; the records go to the project the same week.
Process

From the first call to a cohort on site: four to six weeks.

  • 1

    Thirty-minute call

Where the project stands, which roles you are hiring, which language the room speaks, which dates are possible. No deck, no cost.

    Day 1
  • 2

    Role audit

We map roles to tracks, state what each participant will be able to do at the end, and name what we will not do. In writing.

    2–5 days
  • 3

    Programme brief

Scope, hours, calendar, assessment, price and records in one document your team can approve or refuse.

    5 business days
  • 4

    Delivery and records

Six weeks, or three intensive days. On the last day the project receives the certificates and the competency file.

    From week 2

If the audit concludes that training would not change anything for these roles, we tell you and we stop there. That has happened before, and it is cheaper than a cohort nobody asked for.

Questions

The answers people ask for on a first call.

Including the ones that usually get a vague answer.

Are you immigration advisers?
No. We are a training company. We do not advise on petitions, we do not file anything and we do not appear in an investor's case. If a project needs immigration counsel, that is a law firm's job — and we will say so instead of improvising.
Does the training count towards the ten jobs?
No. The ten permanent full-time jobs come from the project's own operations and its job-creation methodology. Training prepares the people who fill roles and documents that the project did it. Anyone who tells you a course creates the jobs is selling something.
Do you have experience in the United States?
Not yet, and it is written on this page rather than discovered later. We have built AI products and taught with them in Peru. The first U.S. project is deliberately a pilot: we want the reference and the pilot price reflects that.
What is your certificate worth?
It is our certificate, with hours, dates and a competency record. It is not an accredited academic qualification and we will never present it as one. Its value is what the project does with it: evidence for a programme, a workforce board or an investor file.
What happens with participants' data?
It stays with the project. We do not take participant data away, resell it, or use it to train third-party systems. Where a data protection clause is required, we sign it before the cohort starts.
Can you deliver under the project's or a partner's name?
Yes. Some clients prefer we deliver as their training arm. We work under our name, under the client's or alongside a partner — decided in writing before delivery, including who owns the material.
Can you teach something that is not on this page?
Yes. The four tracks above are examples. If the roles a project is hiring need AI for something we have not taught yet, we build that track on the project's own material, and the role audit comes first. The two we already built outside this list — legal document review and transport operations — started exactly that way.
What do you need from us to start?
One room, an internet connection, ten people with a laptop or phone each, and one person inside the project who can approve the brief. We bring everything else, including the material in both languages.
Why the warning at the top of this page?
Because this field is loud and the honest parts are boring. We would rather lose an enquiry than be mistaken for a regional center, a law firm or an adviser — or have a project's name used to sell something it never agreed to.
